    TMZ has learned that a judge has ordered Paris Hilton back to his Los Angeles courtroom, telling her she must attend tomorrow morning's hearing!

    Late today, L.A. City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo filed paperwork demanding a hearing before Judge Michael Sauer to determine why the Sheriff's Department allowed Paris to get out of jail when the judge had expressly ordered her to serve out her entire sentence.

    The hearing is scheduled for 9:00 AM PDT on Friday.

    TMZ contacted the Sheriff's Department, but they refused to comment on the case.

                i think re-upping her sentence to the original 45 days is ridiculous......the 23 days would have been sufficient...

                she has been a whipping girl.....because of her celebrity.....

                most do not get 45 days especially when there is overcrowding.....

                justice should have been administered but she pissed the judge off by being late and he snapped/responded by the big sentence......

                look at what mel gibson did....it is all about being contrite and sorry.....he did not throw anything in the judges face....


                she upstaged the judge the 1st time and he overpunished her

                Geraldo said nobody goes to DUI without an accident in California is unprecedented.....he is penalizing her because people hate her.....
