I was very sceptical reading an opinion article set up for blogging. Then I read the Army times link.

Bush is fucked up on this one. He approves 3% but not 3.5%, Whats that about $20 a week based on $30 K a year. That's FUCKED UP!!!! He should say "They want 3.5%... no way...I'll give them 4 or more".
