My mom got this shit done. They had to give her novacaine. She said the dentist fucken digs and digs and cleans the fuck out of your mouth but it hurts like hell. She was cranky for hours.

UPDATE Deep root cleaning no big deal. A little uncomfortable but nothing to complain about. Thanks for those that answered this question and remember see your dentist every six months so you don't have to worry about this!!! LOL---
