Our local weather says we should be getting HEAVY thunder storms tonight with possible tornadoes and hail. It's reported that the system is coming from Oklahoma, traveling south towards me.

Did you guys get any bad weather last night? If so, how bad was it?

They were talking about us getting huge storms last night for the past couple days. We had strong winds that are continuing today, and a little light rain last night here in central OK. The wind is brutal with sustained winds at 35mph with gusts up to 50. Not sure about anywhere else.

I'm about 40 miles east of OKC. And KB's right, really strong winds in central OK. We had a freakin mudstorm this afternoon...like a duststorm with high humidity. My black truck looks like someone just sprayed muddy water all over it and it didn't even rain today.

I just hope that tonight we just get thunderstorms, but all of the weather men are calling for tornadoes in our area. They know the system is coming to South Louisiana, but don't know how far South. I'm praying it stays North of me.

I had to quit golf after 11 holes today because the wind was so bad. It looked like fog outside but it was dust in the air.
I haven't seen anything like that since I lived in Baton Rouge and watched Katrina roll in!

It was horrible here tonight. We had icy rain. My car had an inch of ice all over it. Its very bad here.

That's what we had here too in the Quad Cities yesterday. Also at one point last night it was snowing and blowing and then a couple of lightening bolts flash down....real crazy. Lightening and snow at the same time.
