Who else has it? I work at least 10 hours a day as a manager of 25 people. start at 6 or 7 oclock in the morning and very rarely leave before 6:00. I know this thread may be useless but what do some of you that have been doing this for years do to cure it. Drinking heavily is not an option...been trying that for years. Just thought I may get a good remedy....from someone.

Maybe a Tylenol PM or two. I also have trouble getting my brain to "shut down." And it only gets worse when I turn the TV off. I like to put something like ESPN on in the backgound and try to fall asleep that way.O..H.........I..O!

Someone gave me one of those cds with that light background type music that helps, this particular cd also has you do some breathing exercises and tensing and relaxing your muscles to help ease the tension you placed on your body all day, suprisingly it works!

Go see a doc. You can become very dependent on those sleeping pills. I had a slight case of insomia when I graduated college and found my first real job. For me, I couldnt stay asleep. I would fall asleep around 10 but I would keep waking up every other hour. It was stress that caused my insomnia... after 3 months I was fine.NFL Kruise
