  • Anyone Know anything about Ipods and Mp3 players please help

    I got my son an ipod for Christmas and opened up a bunch of songs on ITUNES it worked great.Now i got my other son an mp3 player and cant get the songs from ITUNES to the mp3 player.Question is there anyway to get your music from itunes to windows media player to download it there.Thanks alot guys

    I think it is two different formats. May have to download some software to convert it to MP3 Format. Check www.hp.com to see what they have since they OEM'd iPods from Apple last couple of years.

      download the songs first to windows media player as wma files, and than you can use itunes to convert them to aac files, not sure if they will remain in the windows media player or not after this, but its worth a try

        If you set it to automatically convert wma to aac when u installed the software, the minute you finish dling it, it'll convert to aac (itunes). If this is the case, uninstall the software and reinstall it. But before finishing the install, there will be an icon that pops-up regarding the conversion file. Uncheck it and you should be good to go. When you do this you are gonna have to manually, convert wma files in to aac files if you want to put them into ipod...
