In many states if someone breaks into your home/store and you pull your gun and shoot while they are leaving you will be sued.....Happened in CT to a storeowner and Jesse Jackson and the fellas were protesting because a white store owner was protecting his store and paralyzed one of the bandits who was fleeing....FUCK THAT....you enter the property to rob all bets are off in my mind....

Here in florida they have a no retreat law.....3 months ago a few blocks away 3 youths broke in to a mans condo in broad daylight but he blasted the intruder and killed him dead (all within the law) and wouldn't you know his babies momma came on tv and said he was a good guy and was turning his life around and all the same horseshit.....Enter the home to rob it and you shall die

I'm also aware banning guns won't solve the problem.

But I can't help believe that banning guns would save more innocent lives, like last night, then lives you snuff out protecting your home from thugs.

Before we crucify Carmelo online, here is the latest from Channel 9 in Denver:

Prior to the shooting, Williams and Walker had attended an invitation-only New Year's Eve Party at a downtown restaurant which included some well-known Nuggets players, including Nuggets' forwards Kenyon Martin and Carmelo Anthony.

Authorities say they believe the shooting was a drive-by, and that the shooter or shooters did not know who was in the vehicle. Police say the shots were fired with a semi-automatic weapon.

I don't get this...and I wasn't born yesterday. In today's age of video, cameras, people etc...no one could identify anything? My point is I have not heard one thing that may implicate anyone in this shooting...This may be "need to know info" but I hope they get these people..This is out of control..Don't know if Carmelo is involved but if I made all that money there is no freaking way I would put my life in jail "or worse" on the line...that should be the difference!!

They are reporting on NFL Network that Williams and other Broncos had a run-in with some gang bangers at Carmello Anthony's party.

Why does Anthony have known gang bangers at his NYE party?

They had a camera along the backside of the bench and he was popping off..."Keep picking on me Keep picking on me"(alluding to the fact that they werent throwing to Champs side of coverage and only at him) then he saw the camera and flashed his little gang sign as it cut to commercial.
