Don't know what I'm doing wrong,I push the the Caps Lock and it types in Cap but when I submit reply,it does not stay in Caps.

I think you have to use the shift key instead of the caps lock for some reason. Monte the treehugger needs to get on the problem

I tried it that way too,same problem.I see other guys type in Caps wish I knew how they do it.

I always wondered the same thing...whenever my thread is titled NBA 11/25 it shows up as Nba 11/25....whenever my title is NBA & NCAA Hoops it is all capital letters....weird
