    Question for LSU or Mods or Anyone that knows how to do this..

    Im trying to put a pic at the bottom of my posts and it says it has to be 100 X 100 pixels only.. The one I want to put is like 345 X 200 or something like that cant remember what they are exactaly.. How to I manually get it down to the 100X 100?
