Question About Women's Sports

There has always been a lot of speculative talk anout attempted fixes in men's basketball games. Has anyone ever heard any talk ever about an attempt to compromise a pointspread in the WNBA or in college basketball.
I always wondered if there was, whether the payoff would be in the form of money, clothes, gift certificates or what have you.
Any comments?

IMO the betting action is so limited in female sports that any attempting fix would be glaring if suddenly big bucks was bet on a game.

I see your point.
On the same token, maybe those who wanted to keep pointspread a certain way wouldn't want to bet real big bucks to begin with, and for that matter perhaps a lady(ies) would accept less in the way of payment.
Actually, I just threw the question out because well it popped into my mind;it probably isn't worth of that much thought/response if you get my drift.
