Well, yesterday's play shows how fickle baseball can be. The Jays/Braves had 3 fewer baserunners than the Pirates/Royals, yet scored 17 fewer runs. Speaking of the Royals...

I've got little confidence in Keppel, and even less in the KC bullpen, or I would play the Royals +130 here. From a numbers standpoint, this play is golden, but it is the Royals.

My line would be -160. The Blue Jays are 9-2-1 in home series this year, including wins over the Red Sox (twice), A's, and White Sox, and a 1-1 split with the Yankees. The Mets aren't used to playing with a DH, and Pedro won't pitch in this series. The Mets other ace is Glavine, and the Jays kill lefties (I almost played Toronto tonight - they should be favored. I just played this instead).
