  • MLB Friday: more live dogs!

YTD 30-22 +11.15 units!---see what betting dogs can do to the bottom line
    all plays 1* so far

    Dogs 14-10 +8.49 units
    Faves 5-3 +1.45 units
    Totals 11-9 +1.21 units

My streak of hitting eight straight dogs was snapped Wedensday night but I still made a profit as I went 1-1 with two +125 dogs. I've now hit nine of my last ten dog plays and eight of my last nine overall. I like five dogs tonight and my top two are the ones that I like the most, am rating and will count in my record. The others are listed as opinions.

    1* Devil Rays +135
Unbelievable! The Braves have lost TEN IN A ROW and they're still a huge favorite on the road?? Yeah, Smoltz is pitching. So what? Atlanta couldn't win right now with Koufax. Devil Rays have won three in a row and six of their last ten. I don't like the Tampa starter but I'll take this fat price against the coldest team in baseball.

    1* A's +137
Oakland is the much hotter team right now, having won 11 of its last 13. Two of Blanton's last four starts were shutouts and only one of his last five was weak. Giants have lost eight of their last twelve. Once again, the price is irresistable given that the dog is the much better team.

As I state all the time (to the point of being obnoxious), if you go 1-1 with dogs, YOU MAKE MONEY.

Opinions only: Marlins (huge price on a team that never loses)
Angels (D-Backs in a brutal slump)
Mariners (starter Meche is very hot and the price is right)

GL gris. That Marlins line is huge for such a streaky team.
