It means that they split the bet..... I put $600 on it. So.....

$300 on Over 1
$300 on Over 1/2

With this you'll get better juice than if you bet them individually. If you did that, it'd be

Over 1 (-105)
Over 1/2 (-160)

So with this.... I lay (-126), and since the US just scored a goal..... I win the Over 1/2 and push the Over 1. Still have all the 2nd half to win the Over 1!
