Game 2, Yankee/Mets series this year, some of you jumped all over Willie for bringing Wagner in a 4-0 game that he blew..'why bring him in a game when he can't get the save'? "Torre would never do that". In fact, here is TMAC's post:

"I love it that my boys won the game but the biggest question i have is this.. When your up 4-0 with no save situation why do you bring in your closer in this situation?? What if he would have gotten hit with a ball off the bat or threw out a arm or pulled a hammy??"

So when are one of you going to take a shot at Torre for bringing Rivera in a 5-0 game tonight after pitching 2 innings last night?

Three Jack... Just remember, Tmac has been a fan since 96... Wayne can attest to that because he was there when he said it... I have no idea why TMac said that... In this day in age, as you well know... NO LEAD IS SAFE. Also Mo hasn't been used that much and with the day off 2morrow he will have plenty of rest.

It's also fun to tweak Yankee fans. Tin and T are good guys and opinionated, as I am, it is fun to give a little jab when they take the 'Yankees would never do that' stand and then they actually do that....

It's part of a heated city rivalry that has, for the most part, been one sided especially the last 10 yrs....
