A note about this play: I had another one in mind - the Twins. I was expecting Clemens to come the favorite in this game, but the oddsmakers craftily made him a dog. Well done.

Blue Jays (Burnett) @ Braves (Ramirez) Over 9.5 (+100)
I consider myself an "under player" in general, but this one should sail over 9.5 runs.
Let's start with Horacio Ramirez. He's been a tough pitcher to figure, but his 5.15 ERA and 1.5 WHIP are self-explanatory. Last time out, he was completely rocked by the Astros - 1.2 IP, 6 ER. Ramirez doesn't strikeout anyone, and he only averages 5.2 IP per start. That leaves a lot of innings for the Braves bullpen (5.30 ERA - only KC is worse) to pitch. The Blue Jays are one of only four teams to average 6 rpg against LHSP (they hit .327 as a team against lefties - that's incredible).
AJ Burnett's career record is 49-50. He gets a lot of publicity, but he's really not a great pitcher at this point in his career. In two starts this season, his ERA is 6.30. The Braves average 5.0 rpg against RHSP. But what I really like is that it's his first start off the DL. That's generally not a position where pitchers are successful, and even if they pitch well, they can't pitch as long as usual. The Blue Jays bullpen isn't great either (4.45 ERA, 19th in MLB).
