I actually feel for Torre. Cashman has done an awful job of getting him dependable relievers. He pays closer money to a guy that is average at best in Farnsworth, and he gives great money to a guy who hasn't pitched in a year (Dotel). Villone has done well...but I can just see Cashman telling Joe in January...you are all set, Farnsowrth and Dotel are you bridge to the Great Mariano...and Torre looking at him like he is an ass....

T, you may want to check the stats before you open your mouth. Wagner has not given up a run since the Yankee debacle and the bullpen has been one of the best in baseball. Don't take it from me, go check the numbers yourself.
