i like the dodgers alot and would rather jerk off with sandpaper than admit anything good about a yankee......

I love the dodgers uniforms and have always been a distant fan....now especially since they are "Red Sox West"!!!

i always liked grady little....i think he is a good baseball man.....Not an in your face guy like bowa or guillen, but even keel like a torre...JMHO....

1 bad decision haunts him....always got good results

Its time to give it to some one Else and Gagne makes the hitters look like they dont know what the hell they are doing out there when they go up against him.

Hes plain out right nasty when he pitches

Ive watched both these guys pitch and and think gagne is the better pitcher just becase of the pitches he has

now Rivera has had the team to get him the 4 rings and the owner to spend the $$$$$$$$$$ to buy him the rings to

But when it comes to blowing a game who has blown more games then the other that would be Rivera because he doesnt have 3 pitches that can strike a batter out like Gagne. I just hope Gagne can fully recover to prove me right. Just look at the numbers over the last 4 years

Birddog, I appreciate the passion of which you defend Gagne but any neutral baseball fan/person will tell you Rivera is better. I think you are being blineded by Dodger Blue. You say Gagne is better now? He has made one appearance in 12 months so how can you even compare? How do you even know he will make it back? And if he does, how are you so sure he will be the same? And who cares about the number of pitches if you get guys out. Look at the greatest relievers of all time...very few had more than one out pitch. That is all you need if it works. And you make it sound like Rivera is having an awful year. Check his stats, they ain't bad. And part of what makes Rivera great is the fact that he has pitched for so long without a significant injury. That is part of the equation as well.

My guess is that by this time next season, Gagne will have had his second Tommy John surgery.
