Funny how paypal in Europe allows it, but they don't want it in the USA.

Right now ebay is being sued by people who bought items on there site and got ripped off. I can't tell you how many times i've turned fraud people in on ebay. Finally I gave up after they just kept sending the same BS e-mail and the same person kept doing the fraud.

They were also sued for copyright infringement and lost one of the cases and I believe won the other one. Basically from my understanding some guy invented software for an online auction and that founder of ebay used it to create ebay.

I will aslo note that if the Republicans hold the power in both the house, senate and president online gambling could get banned as they are the ones backing it heavily for years.
