TOM stands for Total Of the Month...
Dodgers/Phils UNDER 9
This line just jumped out at me and I think it has great value today.
First off the game is set at Dodgers stadium. Not a hitters park but a pitchers park.
2nd, The home plate ump is Drake who average's 9 runs per game and he favors the starters.
3rd, it's Myers and Sele. Two Quality starters. Myer's career era against the Dodgers is 2.65 and his era this year is 2.80. Sele's era against the Phils is 3.00 and his era this year is 2.20.
4th, Gagne is back and the Dodger relief staff is great. As long as there are no blow ups by any of these pitchers, I think this is a real good under play.
