Tin, don't compare the two (Giambi vs. Beltran) because I am not defending him. He may have a legit issue tonight with his knee but I think back to a huge homer he it about a month ago, and after getting his asses rightfully booed prior to the at bat, he refused to come out for a curtain call until Julio Franco went over and chewed him out...that showed me he doesn't have it to play in NY. But Giambi asks out because he is tired? Just two examples of many where overpaid athletes don't get it.

I took El Duque -1 this afternoon, thinking even money for a Mets win were good odds...will double up with Glavine....

Before you chuckle at us...make sure you know the whole story as well.

Guess it's time for you to get off yours now.
      Congratulations on your athletic accomplishments.

Who is anyone to judge the pain that another human being is in? How can you possibly know if you or anyone else would play in the same situation? You have no idea what the exact nature of his injury is or what type of pain he's experiencing.

Rented Mule, forget about tonight, do you not agree that Beltran tends to take more days off than your average player for aches and pains, or whatever the excuse du jour is?

Yes, they did...had them in all 4 games against Detroit and today in a parlay with Toronto...Farnsworth buried me on Thursday though. Laying major wood on Milwaukee, Houston and NYM tonight. Had a great 2 week run but have had 5 straight losing days and gave back 2/3 of my winnings....GL tonight.

Your confusing judgeing with opinions...which on this forum the last time I checked were what made it tick.

We do it all the time....don't take this one personally cause quite honestly it really doesn't mean a thing.
