News and Notes:
High Liners continue to Roll , along with their Parlays. Hope you are cleaning up with these !
We bounce back after losing nights.
Last night we wanted Rivera and instead we got Farnsworth. He stopped us from having a great day, so instead we settled for a very good one.
Pittsburgh delivered for us yesterday , as they have been for a while now. They’ve turned their game around and their crowd has become enthusiastic. The Buccos are not that bad to watch lately. We’ve caught on to them just at the right time.
Arizona has been playing unconsciously good baseball. They’re on an amazing run … It seems we’ve been on them every night for the past 3 weeks and they have now covered 12 games in a row and 16 of their last 17 … mostly by us taking 1 ½ Runs with them.
Last night , they snapped a 24 scoreless inning streak with 2 runs in the 8th ,courtesy of Sean Green , to edge Atlanta. Imagine betting a team 3 nights in a row … and in those 3 games they get blanked for 24 innings … yet they covered all 3 … of course taking 1 ½ runs did the trick … but still … I doubt if that will happen again soon.
