From everything everyone outside Germany has said no one but Brazil has a chance.... I know they have all the big names and they are the defending Champs, leads me to my question.......

A non-European country has only won the World Cup in Europe once - that was in 1958 (Pele).
Two of those years (1982 and 1998), Brazil was the clear favorite. They were a disappointment both times. I think history repeats itself here.Records:
