This Play Is So Good It's My Only Play Tonight

This play is so good, it will be my only play tonight. Detroit has been hot all season. They had won 15 out of 16 games until Sunday. No team can keep playing at this level forever. Detroit has now lost their last two games. They didn't just lose them, they were shutout in both games. Now that they have lost two in a row, this could be the start of a slump for Detroit. I think it is and Detroit is going to be a great go against team for awhile, starting with tonights game. What surprised me was how the line has moved for tonights game. Small is pitching for the Tigers and he sucks big time with an ERA Over 8. I waited until today to post and play the Yankees, thinking we would get more than the +111 it was last night. Now it's only +105. I guess I''m not the only one who sees Detroit finally playing bad.

Although I just played THE YANKEES for more than 10*, for my record keeping purposes, I'm posting them as just a 10* play.

Moondog is correct. Small is starting for the Yanks and he does suck. But I agree that a slide by Detroit can be expected.

Good luck. Personally, I am scared to bet this game one way or another.
Tigers may have been playing over the heads, but Yanks are nothing special on the road either.
I usually wait for a three game losing strike to say if a team is really on a slide or not.

I Know Small Is Pitching for the Yankees

Let me try to clarify my pick. I know Small is pitching for the Yankees and the numbers say to bet against him BUT my play on the Yankees is NOT A PLAY ON THE YANKEES TO WIN, but it is a play on DETROIT TO LOSE. It dosen't matter to me who Detroit is playing tonight, unless it was a team also in a slump. It just makes my Yankee play better that they have won 5 of their last 6.

I know it sounds crazy playing the team who has Small pitching and yes, also has Damon out tonight. But, this game is a great setup of a hot team, Yankees who have won 5 of 6, against a team that has just started to cool off after being hot for weeks.

It's also important to ask yourselfs, why have the Yankees gone from +110 to +105 and now -101 at sportsbook.com and from +111 at Pinnicle to +104. Why isn't the line going the other way because of Small pitching.
