DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHY THE TIME IS OFF SO FAR ON THIS SITE? IS THIS IN ANOTHER TIME ZONE IN HAWAII OR SOMETHING?

Depends on how you have it setup under your own settings. Go under USER CP above then click on edit options. I have mine set on GMT Western Europe Time, London, Lisbon etc. which is right with my central time area that i'm in.
