    Sunday Baseball

    I thought I had a good Saturday going 4-2 for a gain of 12.80 units until I saw Coverboy (all three of him) went 8-0. Nice work Neil, that more than makes up for Friday. These are all my Sunday plays except for the night game which I will post later if I have something.

    I lost the basketball, making my basketball record, 48-33.

    How many times do teams come all the way back from being down double digits, but fail to get ahead in the game. They then end up down double digits again. They say it's because teams comming back use up a lot of energy and can't keep playing at the pace they were. Tonight Detroit got within one point of the lead, then were back down double digits again.

    i like the angels to, escobar owns the o's & the o's cant win on the road.
    i dont think detroit is geared up too win this series, they seem to be playing very lackluster. i still say they need to drive to the hoop & cause the heat to foul them, but the wallaces cant hit a freeby. if the pistons dont win on monday they can make their plans to go fishing with the red wings, who took another early exit.

                Sunday Night Plays

                Be warned, I am having a terrible day with my baseball plays but I do like the A's tonight. They broke their 7 games losing streak yesterday and should play more relaxed today. For you pitching stat fans, left handers are batting .349 against Padilla. The A's can start a lineup loaded with left handed and switch hitters.

                In basketball, I like Dallas a lot. They are the better team and need this to get the home field advantage back. They showed some flashes of a defense last game, something Phoenix cannot do without Bell. This game should not go down to the wire. Dallas should win easily.
