Well I guess we all have those nights where it just isnt happenin. Lost a good chunk of change last night. Small card today but, we'll try to make the most of it. Missed the the 1PM games due to meetings at work at day today wasnt able to post. Woulda taken Philly and Houston, ill watch them and hopefully they wont both hit for me because I wanted them, but on to the offical picks good luck to you all.
MLB May 25th---
Ya know, I was going to take Kansas City straight up, but then I thought to myself that would make me a fool and that would defy all odds to take Kansas City straight up +180. So I thought about it, and then I looked at the Kansas City Royals record and saw that they only have 10 wins on the season. Well, im not sure if win #11 is coming this afternoon but I really like this play on the game...
KANSAS CITY +1.5 (BAUTISTA) over DETROIT (MAROTH) +120
And then there's the Seattle/Baltimore game on later on and I was thinking how much Seattle helped me out last night as I picked them in a seprate parlay to try to gain back some of the money I lost and they hit along with the Dodgers and I believe Gil Meche to be a better pitcher all around then Rodrigo Lopez. Especially, the way Lopez is pitching right now makes it incredibly tought for me to believe he will dominant an up and coming Seattle squad tonight, here's what I like in this one...
SEATTLE (MECHE) over BALTIMORE (LOPEZ) -145
Boston/Tampa Bay, do I have to even write about this game. I mean I am going to try to write something about all my picks to make it logical to some, but do I need to write anything on this game. Josh Beckett will wipe his ass with the Devil Rays tonight, no doubt about it. If you have a parlay already that excludes Boston, add them in just to win on the -320 line to bump up your parlay. If you want to bet them straight up and not insert them in a parlay, put up the 145 to win 100 and take Red Sox -1.5..
BOSTON (BECKETT) -1.5 over TAMPA BAY (WAECHTER) -145
And then the final game of the night involved an up and down Oakland squad with starting pitcher Brad Halsey taking the mound. I like this kid, and I think in the future years he will be very dominate and he even has a little dominance to his name this year, but I dont see him dominating this Texas squad. The bats are going to come out for this one, not gonna take them -1.5 just in case, but think the Rangers will def pick up a win in front of their home faithful tonight, especially with the way Kevin Millwood has pitched lately I would be surprised if another outcome presented itself. Here's what Im playing:
TEXAS (MILLWOOD) over OAKLAND (HALSEY) -180
Since there wasnt a lot of Baseball picks today I decided to look into a little NHL and NBA action. And I still cant believe Edmonton is still in the playoffs and dominating the fuck out of Anaheim. I could see Anaheim winning tonight just to force another game @Anaheim, but its highly unlikely as Edmonton just looks to roll into the sweep tonight. I like Edmonton @ home, let's do it @ half value just in case.
