Won my NHL bets last night on the Oilers, here is what I like for tonight:
Cardinals (-131) - Cardinals are 8-1 this year when Mulder starts. Cardinals have hit RHP well this year going 20-8. Cardinals have won 5 in a row and have also won 6 in a row on the road. Mulder is 4-0 with a 2.43 era last 4 starts vs the Giants. Career vs the Giants, Mulder is 6-2 with a 2.98 era and Jamey Wright career against the Cardinals is 3-7 with a 5.96 era.
Athletics (+111) - White Soxs have struggled against LHP going 7-9 this year. Athletics are 19-8 against the White Soxs since 2003 and have won 4 straight at Chicago. Zito has pitched great lately going 1-1 with a .90 era last 3 starts. Lifetime against the White Soxs, Zito is 7-2 with a 3.18 era. Garland has struggled this year going 3-2 but with a 6.18 era. Lifetime vs Oakland, he is 3-5 with a 4.73 era.
