Mariners have gone over eight of the last nine! They scored 23 runs in the three-game series with San Diego and shelled a good pitcher yesterday. Now they face on of the worst staffs in baseball. Seattle has given up 40 runs the last six games and an amazing 60 runs the last nine. Mariners bullpen is a mess. Baltimore's Bedard was admittedly brilliant in his last outing but he's only so-so for the year.
