many many reasons. just like the atmosphere i guess. i know its different if you live there (friend of mine lives there now).

also, i just dont love living in the northeast. i hate winter. it never stops raining. the cost of living is getting ridiculous too.

i could go on. its just something i really want to do. also at a point right now where i dont have anything really holding me back from doing it
