What ta HELL is a ALL-STAR Race ?
Exhibition Race - Non- Points , hence no pools this week (except for BHS and Bry) Rook-DON'T WORRY ABOUT GETTING YOUR PICKS IN . 
An Exhibition Race in the Fatherland (Lowe's Motor Speedway) No. Carolina's Shrine to Motor Racing . If anyone has a better understanding of qualifying.....let me know !
The NASCAR NEXTEL All-Star Challenge field currently consists of drivers who have won a points race in 2005 or 2006and former NASCAR NEXTEL All-Star Challenge Champions who remain active. Fans will have the opportunity to vote in one driver among the top 50 in NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series driver points standings who is not already in the NASCAR NEXTEL All-Star Challenge field.
The Nextel Open precedes the Challenge , with the Winner of the OPEN, and one or more (?) drivers voted in by race fans advance to the Challenge .
