  • Fact Or Fiction ??? Maybe ??

I have a friend who is a pretty big player in Vegas, which is why I consider him sometimes as a "reliable source" in the gaming industry. But he told me that on BoDog, where they give odds for Reality TV shows that an employee at one of the networks that airs the shows won almost $3 million in the last few weeks because he was one of very few that knows the outcome before it is aired on national TV. Supposedly he said that the money was won, and now the casino is suing him in return but the American government is basically telling the casino to F off but thanks for the insight because of the taxes. Doesn't make a whole lotta sense to me, but if it's true that is one helluva story. Can ANYONE confirm this????

There's been BS like this happen before with leaks to winners on reality shows. Usually the books/casinos figure it out, because so much money starts pouring in on a certain winner.

By the way whose the winner?

Could this not happen also for example with the Academy Awards in Hollywood?

Bodog has a pretty small limit on the max wager for this sort of thing, normally $300.

for example, the max wager on the winner of american idol is $100.

maybe the guy did this a while ago before they capped the wagers so low?
