Bad day yesterday going 0-3 in baseball, lost the Spurs, and won my hockey bet. Here is what I had for today so far:
D-Rays/Mariners under 8.5 (-115) - D-Rays ace Kazmir going tonight vs Moyer so have 2 good pitchers today. Kazmir is 1-0 with a 2.38 era lifetime vs Seattle and Moyer is 8-3 with a 2.75 era lifetime vs the D-Rays. In the last 3 starts, Kazmir is 2-1 with a 2.55 era and Moyer is 1-0 with a 3.20 era.
Phillies (even) - Phillies have won 9 in a row and Lidle is 4-1 with a 2.15 era lifetime vs the Mets. Even though Glavine has pitched good this year, getting the red hot Phillies as a dog at home is a good bet.
Tigers (-120) - Verlander has pitched well for the Tigers, his last 3 starts he is 2-1 with a 2.25 era. Lopez has been horrible for the Orioles this year as he is 1-4 with a 6.75 era.
