Westbrook has always been strong against KC - in fact, Kaufman stadium is his best venue in the majors.
Texas -1 -129 (129 to win 100)
This is more of a bet against Lohse than for Padilla as Lohse has stuggled in his career vs. Texas while Padilla has never faced Minn. Also, Texas wins more than 50% of the time after a loss whaile Minn loses more than 50% of the time after a win.
