Sorry. You are wrong,i have watched many NBA games, and I would bet many more times than not there are nowhere near 35 points scored in a NBA game with 4:45 minutes remaining with one team leading by 30 points especially when the added extra "effort" put the game over the total.
Once again I will state in the NBA blowout games tend to go OVER the total.
In games where a team enters the 4th quarter with a double digit lead those games play OVER 52.4% of the time.
More so in games where a team leads by 20 or more points those games play OVER a staggering 54.2% of the games.
Conversely, tight scoring games play UNDER. Teams milk the clock. They play clock management trying to limit the number of possesions. They play tighter defense.
