QUICK input - MLB - phillies -1.5 ???

I never play MLB, actually this is probably my 2nd time playing, but a friend of mine told me to play the Phillies (Lieber) tonite big -1.5 (+140)....any input??? Should i play the ML or the line??? And if i play the line, if the phillies win by 2 runs for instance, I cover and i'm paid 140/100 ??? Thanks guys!
