  • Question About Dallas Game Yesterday

    My question/comment is this:
I did not see any of the game yesterday, as my new wife and I were out shopping;I did however have a small wager on the Over.
My comment is that I see 63 points were scored in the first quarter(great start for an over-I gave 181) but that in second quarter only 36 points were scored, 33 in third and 41 in fourth, keeping the game under.
I know this might sound like sour grapes and/or paranoia but did anyone have a feeling since there were a lot of folks and services on the "over" yesterday, that everything was on the "up and up"and/or that it was and that everone just went cold after the first quarter?

Once Dallas got a big lead, they went into defensive mode as teams tend to do in the playoffs.
        Records:

        NCAA Hoops (38-34-2, +4.59*)
        NFL Sides (34-25, +12.15*)
        NFL Totals (18-14-1, +8.23*)
        NCAA Foots Plays (65-48-4, +21.47*)
        NBA Plays (4-1-0, +5.92*)

          Savage,

Memphis went 16 consecutive possessions without a bucket and committed at least 10 turnovers. They are the worst team that I've seen make the playoffs in years. No continuity, terrible shot selection, no go to guy, horrible passing, and careless with the rock.

The ownership had to be crazy to hire Fratello. Seriously, what has this guy ever done? I was thrilled when he left the hometown Hawks, although they haven't exactly prospered since he left. Nevertheless, a real zero that should go back to the Telestrater w/ NBC. A great society we currently live in calling Fratello a Czar and Bush a president.

Get Hubie back in a heartbeat.

Thanks everyone for your insight, and Marc, I loved your post and especially the last line(about Fratello and Bush).
