The surest thing so far this year has been to take the Reds over. I played them over three times in the just concluded Milwaukee series and won two of them. I normally pass on all games in which a starting pitcher is just called up from the minors but Ramirez was awful last year with an ERA over 9.00in six big league starts. Washington's Hernandez has given up 17 runs and 31 hits in his last 20 innings. Reds scored 11 yesterday. There's more! Washington has gone over five of its last six and seven of its last nine. Reds 7-1 to the over, plus a push, in their last nine.
