Lost yesterday with the Twins. Down 2-1 in the 8th, the bullpen goes all to hell, and takes away any chance of a rally.
Saturday's play:

Colorado Rockies -110 (Cook/Hennessey) - available at 5Dimes
Aaron Cook is another pitcher I feel is slightly undervalued. We all know how pitchers consistently struggle in Coors Field. Well, Cook is an exception. Despite the Rockies being 0-2 in his first two home starts this season, that is somewhat misleading. The scores to those games were 4-2 and 1-0. The Rockies won Cook's last five home starts last season, giving up a total of only 13 runs in those games.
While the Rockies have scored only 2 total runs in Cook's first two home starts, they shouldn't have a problem putting up more than that against Hennessey and the Giants. The Rockies have averaged 5 rpg in their last 9 games vs. the Giants prior to tonight (in which they currently have 5 runs through 7 innings). They are also averaging 7.83 rpg in their home games this season, all of which have been versus right-handed pitching.

JC, I know what you mean about their bullpen. I was listening to that game last night with a friend of mine who had the Giants. He was furious, of course.

On a side note, this is only the second time this year I've gotten a bad line. The other one won, so maybe this one will too, but I regret paying it last night. I'm not sure how people can justify playing Hennessey at even money (or worse) here.
