Am I The Only One Getting Screwed with the MLB Package

This isn't the first night, about the 4th in the last 10 days this has happened. I have MLB and Center Ice. I have 1 f-ing baseball game. Channels 421 - 428 are hockey, 429 is the Red Sox which are blacked out because I live in Maine and they are on NESN, Channel 430 was The Mets now blank and channels 431-439 are a repeat of all the same hockey games! I called Time Warner each of the 4 nights it happened and they blame On Demand. I have tried contacting them with no luck. I am so fucking pissed!

I called and said if i wanted the NHL ....... I WOULD HAVE FUCKEN ORDERED IT!!!!!!!!

u need satellite, cable dont have enuff channels

there still are some games missin though like I didnt have the Yanks tonight or the Nats or the Reds and the Oakland feed is blacked out since the Tigers arent on local TV either

but cable I would demand some sort of credit, many people are pissed

I just sent a nasty e-mail to In Demand and will do so every night this happens...it won't matter but I am going to be a thorn in their side, as well as Time Warner. I have become an angry 37 yr old!

It sucks to be a Mets fan in CT. The games are blacked out on In Demand and on ESPN, because CT gets NYSN, only problem is only 15% of CT gets NYSN, so the rest of CT gets screwed.

Thank you for your interest in the MLB Extra Innings package. We
received your email and have provided some information below that will
hopefully help address your concerns.



As with all of our sports packages, we try to work with the professional
sports leagues to include as many games as possible. However one rule is
that the packages do not include every game from any team. The schedules
consist of Regional Sport Network games only, so any games covered by a
local, over the air station would not be included in the package. In
some cases, both teams are being covered by their local broadcast
affiliates and therefore there is no feed available for the package.



At this time there is an overlap period during which this particular
group of channels (Game 1- Game 10) will show either hockey or baseball
-- and at times both will be on. Due to this year's Olympic break, the
NHL season was pushed two weeks later than usual so this overlap is
abnormally long. This overlap period ends once the second round of the
Stanley Cup playoffs has concluded. The programming for both of these
sports comes through iN DEMAND and both the NHL and MLB are aware of the
shared channels. We try to program each package accordingly. Anyone
subscribing to either sports package will receive all games that are
included in the packages minus the home team blackouts.



The best way for our customers to know what games will be included in
MLB Extra Innings is to check our "Schedule" page at
www.getbaseball.com. Though these schedules are subject to change, they
are updated regularly when changes occur. For your convenience you can
also sign up at getbaseball.com to have daily, weekly or monthly
schedules emailed to you.
