Rough loss with the Reds yesterday - one of those I saw coming with Weathers trying to protect a 1-run lead, but anyway. To Monday's play.

Chicago Cubs -108 (Maddux/Tomko) - Pinnacle
Maddux's 1.50 ERA may be something of a mirage, but he faces an impotent lineup tonight that isn't likely to do much damage. The Dodgers scored a total of 4 runs in three games against the Giants. Now, Kent may not be playing, depending on how he deals with the head injury he suffered tonight. Tomko is not the type of pitcher to go out and pitch a shutout, and he faces with a Cubs lineup that has shown some signs of being very productive already this year.
