  • Spears Tues Totals

A tough day for many as the dogs came roaring back from a heavy chalk day prior. We lost on our small fav and went 1-2 on totals but hit the big dog which means we didn't lose much.
Now 5-2 on Totals alone ytd. I will hopefully be back with more later.

Note: I am having some personal issues that may mean I will need some time off to focus on. Taxes are always tough to ****** out this time of season. I know you guys will understand if I am gone for a little while! It may provide me with better stats later to make these plays anyway!

    Dogs
    1*Colorado (2nd column)
    2*Washington (2 in the series--This bet I doubled on)

    Totals: Early games
I have looked over this game pretty thoroughly and have come away with these thoughts on the game:

    2*KC/Detroit Under 9

Mays throws a good sinker and has a better defensive set behind him this year. He stunk last year but was rehabbing off of Tommy John Surgery. I sense he feels stronger (after looking up town news) and will hope to get the batter swinging early to be effective.
Bonderman is also stronger and has been working on his arm (specific muscles) to contribute to his style of pitching. I sense he will be effective as well.
Note: The umpire is Over in 5 of the last 6 going back to last year.

I am changinging it to a 4* play - it looks pretty solid folks.

According to stat fox Eddings is the projected ump (crew G) for todays game (4/5/06) between Det and KC Royals. If that is indeed true he brings a record of 44 under and 21 over (past 2 years).

Side Note: Eddings (crew G) was 62.5 percent on the unders last year (12 over and 20 under).

Thanks for the info Spearit.....I also see that Home plate Ump Eddings has a 23-12 record for the home team in 2005 and a 23-11 record for the home team in 2004. I think taking the +1.5 at -135 with the Royals looks awfully promising as well....May parlay it with your under pick.....thanks again,

Well - what do I know- 3 runs already in the first inning and they are still clobbering Mays- He's not ready!

Spear, my friend, Good luck with the tax crap and whatever else is ailing you. We all understand taking time off. I'm going to ask you if you have one REALLY strong play in hoops tonight, total or side, game, half or quarter. I'd like to hear it. Thanks my friend.

                            Cabo- Not at this time.
Another 3 spot now 6-0 in the game- Bonderman is doing a great job. I gota believe- until the fat lady sings.

I am feeling some strong plays on totals.

                            5* Wash/Mets Under 8
This Bannister Kid is the real deal- 2 Earned Runs in 19 innings in the spring. Patterson for the Nats is no slouch at unders.

                            3* St. Louis/Philly Under 9
Myers is a friend and I believed he is on a mission to do even better than last year. Mulder is a nice under- I sense a 4-3 type ball game here.

The 4 Play is history- 10-0. Sorry! I will await the other games and see where I stand. I am thinking to hold off till some more stats come in.
