I am awaiting the results of the Minneapolis Police Depts. investigation on the facts dealing with how Curt Shilling was able to swap teams and pitch 8 innings for the Rockies last night wearing Jennings uniform. On a side note to that.....The Minnesota Gophers baseball team was forced to give the Twins hitters back their uniforms as well! So all in all a disappointing day yesterday at 2-4 with the two dogs missing out (Det by a long extra inning close game) and the aforementioned annomoly in the Metrodome! FOR TONIGHT THEN:

METS +105/PK (Seo is verrrrrry underrated...should hold Tex down while their new kid gets hammered again)

HOUST -120 (Oswalt on a roll and Weaver about to bunk up with Acevado)

FLOR -140 (D. Willis is probably the best Rookie Pitch around)

TWINS -180 (Real Twins and Real Rockies pitcher show up 2night)

CLEVE -155 (The ARE playing SD at home...note that Sabathia DOES have an ongoing ankle injury still bugging him though shouldn't be a big problem.

STL/BOST (0)9.5 Runs (Pedro is on a 45 pitch count tonight and then "long ball Burkett" is due to take over. The Red Sox should have a few off Tomko by that time too as well as a bonus run or two by STL of P.M.

Ya I know...7-1 in the 7th and Lohse

to the bench......in comes Rincon and gives up 3 runs and leaves with 2 on and 2 out......Hawkins got the next guy.......the Twins need to replace Rincon......I have watched him struggle all but a few outings.....they have a couple of quality kids to pick from that they could swap out in their farm system.....BEST OF LUCK!
