Tuesday's List of 13: What if your kid moved to Las Vegas?
                        13) One of the underpublicized aspects of NFL's new labor agreement was that the players got big wins in disciplinary matters, as in, the Owens/Keyshawn "firings" that happened the last couple years. They won't be happening anymore; the player will get paid fully or released, for the most part, thanks to their union, all of which makes signing Mr Owens a little more dicey for Dallas.

                        12) Twenty years ago, Bradley coach Jim Les was point guard on last Braves' team to win an NCAA tournament game. His coach then was Dick Versace, who later coached in the NBA. Versace's mother (Tere Rios) wrote The Flying Nun.

                        11) Until Patrick Ewing played for Georgetown and set record for rebounding, Paul Tagliabue was Hoyas' all-time leading rebounder. Yes, the commissioner of the NFL.

                        10) Do NASCAR drivers drive their cars in regular life? If so, do they get impatient and lean on horn when they're stuck behind some teenager on her cellphone?

                        9) Aaron Brooks and Joey Harrington are now on NFL scrap heap; the Raiders need a QB (right now, young Tuiasosopo would be their guy), so they'll probably sign one of them, but which one? Would have liked to have seen Joey get a shot with Mike Martz, because I'm not convinced he's awful. Brooks' decision-making is horrendous; that I know.

                        8) Baseball season starts in less than two weeks. Hopefully, the temps here in Albany will be above freezing by then. Looking forward to seeing if the Mets' new TV station is as bad as the Bronx Bombers' is.

                        7) Time to dump Bronson Arroyo from your fantasy team; he got traded to Cincinnati and that shoebox of ballpark they play in Monday.

                        6) I wonder what Andy Reid thinks of the Cowboys signing Terrell Owens.

                        5) Story in local paper here this week, about college student who inherited a chunk of money, quit college, and is going to Vegas to try and become a professional card player. Good idea. Sound parenting. Best of luck.

                        4) Although idea of moving to Vegas does sound intriguing, just not for a kid with boatload of money and not much life experience. That sounds like a recipe for disaster.

                        3) Me? My life could be just as ordinary in Vegas as it is here, except the weather's better and I might be neighbors with a showgirl. No problem.

                        2) On second thought, wonder if the kid needs a chauffeur?

                        1) That would be a good TV show or movie; kid inherits mad cash, brings along a quirky older guy as his chauffeur/ confidant/advisor and they tackle Vegas together. Now that is a good idea.

Anyone know any producers in Hollywood?
