I can see it now. Thomas is going to average 22 a game for the Suns the rest of the way, which will prompt Isiah to offer him a 7 yr/$67 million contract because he will think that while Chicago sent him home to stay away from the team, he refined his game and that he is a different player than the one he traded away at the start of the season. This is the second coming of Jerome James...although he parlayed one palyoff series into a 5yr/$30 million dollar contract, and not 25% of a season. I love Isiah!
