yo man, sorry that we all cant give you money to help you out of your debt. just keep working and pay it off thats all, there's nothing you can do. If it's a bookie, you might lose your legs, if its a credit card, you can make payments obviously. Just dont bet anymore and just live life the way you did before you started betting. Its often tough for other bettors to give help to a recovering bettor. Hell im bad sometimes Id risk another 3 g's to try to make it back, but dont do that LOLProud Member on Bettorschat.com since March 10, 2006

Jokers Wild - This is something that we all feel at times- Going on tilt and betting until we are over our heads x3. It is seen in gambling way to often and even now many should have quit this along time ago. Consider it as a drug. the after effects are hell. - Gamblers anonymous is your best bet. The bank and collateral is an option. I wish ya the best."The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice.

Until you acknowledge it, it will never get solved. You will get it paid off and go right back for more. If you didn't have a problem, you wouldn't have a problem.

Well, whats done...is done!!!
I would try to give him something up front. If it’s a big enough chunk, he may just take it and call it even.
If not, then I would try and make a weekly arrangement with your guy. You need to be realistic on what you can REALLY afford to give him. I’m sure that would work for him as long as you continue to make the payments. It’s more impartment to him that he knows how much he can count on every week….But; just make sure you can afford that figure before you commit to it.
What you’re doing here is buying some time until you can come up with a better plan... And what I mean by a better plan is…. a loan (forget street money, that’s a BAD plan)
I would look at a Credit Union instead of a bank… There a little easier to get a loan with but, you’ll probably have to be a member for a few months until they will consider it.
That’s why you need to buy some time.
Hopefully, this works…the key is being honest and humble with your man …It can only help your situation..
I hope you bail out of this mess....Good Luck to you“Take No Prisoners”
