RJ is right- Randel El isn't worth 31 million......Randel EL is a nice 3rd wr , punt returner, and a good team guy...but most guys don't continue to be effective punt returners as they progress later in their career. Good for Randel El for getting someone to pay him that kind of $$...but the Redskins will still lose....they don't have a QB...
