I got a pinnicle account, and my first bet is on this utah game. I am givng my local the ole stiff. He cut me off right as we started running good. I couldn't meet him when he wanted so i guess he thought i was trying to stiff him...well now he gets what he wants i guess. I took the money i was gona give him and put it on pinnicle. aren't you proud! and btw i'm layin -111 and givin 3 points with utah....i like your 2.5 better

The Utah line was going up when i bet it.

You will LOVE Pinnacle. You should have thrown a few bucks on my late Parlay too buddy. I think if Cal. just wins, the parlay is in!

I mean you see my point though right? thats a nice hit for him to bang me out half the week and then not send me lines the second i turn a win on the grounds that I couldn't meet up with him the instant he wanted too. I mean whoever is owed collects right? thats how i've always seen it. I told him i would pay him last weeks since it was a full week but to call this week even, he started crying like a little girl and threatening me so i told him i'll give him the full stiff.

My local limited my College lines to T.V. games only about 2 months ago when i started to get really hot. No shit, i was PISSED. He said he didn't have enough guys betting College hoops to make it work and it was like going 1 on 1 and i was killing him. I'm not kidding, he told me that straight up. He said he had guys but they mostly played the T.V. games so he was willing to give me those. He's not small time either and he's been doing it for a living for a good 20 years.

Every single time i asked for lines or placed wagers on Murray St, Wichita St, or even schools like Jacksonville St or better yet, Xavier. He would ask me why i would bet those small schools and where i got my info and can you possibly care or know anything about those teams??? It really pissed me off. I went Full time to Pinny at that point and i wasn't using the local often anyway because of shitty lines and no ML's and shit like that.

He said when the Conference tourneys started he would give them all to me. I've taken advantage and only placed 4 or 5 of my favorites each day and i've crushed him all week. BASTARD!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a true story buddy and i don't hide the fact that i HATE locals. I've used many and they are all crank pullers IMO. They love it when you lose but if you win and i'm talking alot, for a few weeks, they just look for reasons or a way out.

Back in the day it was all we had but now with the internet and sites like Pinnacle, there is no way you can do more or better with a local.

Another true story. I wanted a Maryland line a couple months ago and they were +3.5 EVERYWHERE. I wanted to play the Terps and when he gives me the line he says "Pick 'em". I said what?????

His answer: "My son goes to college there and i hate rooting against them so if i make the line alot more favorable for the opposing team, everyone will take them, lay off Maryland, and i can cheer for the Terps!"

HUH?????? Are you fucken serious??? ....... THAT, was my response. He goes ... YES, do you want anything on it?? Ummmmmmm ....... NO!

If you ever want to bet against the Terps, just call him up.

Believe me buddy. That was my thoughts as well but they were not on "T.V." that much and i didn't touch many of their games when McCray went down. I'm just sick of the bullshit involved with locals.

I had one guy years ago that did that in football

under 43 or over 45 with 43,44, and 45 being a loss. He was one reason why i never got into totals much because there was no way i was playin that shit. They make up their own rules as they go and these sportsbooks are killing them and their business!

I used to even say "If it lands on 43, isn't it a push?" ... His answer was, "No, it has to go under that number!"

                              What a crock of shit!!!
