Just thought I stop by and say hello and see how everybody is doing.

Looks like you got out of WH just in time….Were in a pool of shit again as Borer got beat and it seems he pissed away a shit load of money. 15mil to be exact!!!!

Taxes are going way up and the state review board might come in again like they did in 92 and got rid of half the work force. Its gonna get interesting around here….

Jimmies is trying to change zoning and put up high rise condo’s right on the beach…. And you know everybody is going nuts because of it.

Me… well I’m just chilling, actually just got hit head on last week in a snow storm while working. Some kid skidded right through the stop sign at Shingle and Morgan Ln and totaled out my new city explorer…So I’m out on comp for awhile… Nothing to serious but dead in the water….

wow....sorry to hear about your noggin.....and jmmies probably realizes they can make more selling the land.....but i hope not....i am actually back in CT the last 5 months....contemplating a move back to ft. lauderdale....do not think i can swing another winter....good to hear from you.....keep on holding it down in west haven !!!!

It’s nice to be remembered after such a long time not posting here.

Hands down, you guys are still one of the best around and I only wish I had time to post here too.

You probably won’t remember but, I was involved in the startup of two pretty successful boards… So I feel obligated to hang my hat there…..

Trying to post at three boards became impossible…ya know wishing everybody good luck and passing info back and forth, thanking everybody etc etc…takes up a lot of time. Try doing that on three boards… I couldn’t

But, I do miss you guys I just can’t hang around and wish everybody GL……And I don’t want anybody to think I’m an ass because I don’t…

So if I start posting again and run you’ll know why….
