I've hit two in a row going against Detroit on this western road trip and see no reason why they won't burn money again. Not to sound like a broken record, but Saunders is overusing his starters. They all played over 35 minutes last night---again. This is their third road game in four nights and they were all out to nip the Sonics last night. Saunders, who pulled this same stuff in Minnesota, doesn't seem to realize his team has an eleven game lead for number one seed in the east. The team will pay a price for this and is already starting to cost bettors. Lakers looked solid in road win last night against Golden State.

            Mac,
Here's a stat that will shock most people. Despite their incredible straight up record, The Pistons are only 29-28-1 ATS! I suspect that number will decline down the stretch because of them being overvalued and tired. I may be wrong tonite but this angle has worked for me in the past when Saunders was in Minnesota and his team burned out down the stretch and in the playoffs. There's a reason Minnesota flamed out every year in the playoffs and I think it has to do with the coach not knowing how to pace a team during the regular season. I am of the strong opinion Detroit will not win the east and will have a subpar end to the regular season.
