Locals suck. That's all i'll say about them. Totally limited options and chances to beat the man when you use a local and his shithole rules like no buying points or many other things. If you can afford to gamble than you can afford to open up an offshore account. Bottom line, if you need to use the local because you can't put any money up front for an offshore, than maybe you shouldn't be gambling because they are a thousand times better! Locals will always tip the scale in their favor and cost you daily, like today for example!
